Security
How do I secure my account?
App-based two-factor authentication, a dedicated email address, and systematic URL checks.
Turn on app-based two-factor authentication rather than SMS. A phone number can be hijacked through SIM swapping, a common attack specifically targeting digital asset holders.
Use an email address you use nowhere else, with its own unique password. Most crypto account compromises start with a reused mailbox whose password leaked on another site.
Always check the site address before entering anything, especially from a link you received. Bookmark the site and use the bookmark rather than a search engine, where ads regularly imitate real services.
This article does not cover your case?
Open a ticket with the order number and, if it concerns a deposit, the transaction hash. Those two items are usually enough to settle it with no further exchange.
