Orders
How does creating an order work?
You quote, you add the beneficiary, you get a deposit address. The rate freezes at creation.
Quoting works without signing up: you pick the asset, the country and the payout method, and the net amount appears with its line-by-line breakdown. Nothing is committed at that point.
Creating the order locks the rate for a duration that depends on the asset: fifteen minutes for a volatile asset, thirty for a stablecoin. It is also when the beneficiary form adapts to the chosen rail — IBAN, NUBAN, PIX key, mobile number — with the validation specific to each format.
You then get a dedicated deposit address, with the memo if the network requires one. The countdown starts at that moment, not when you open your wallet.
Going further
This article does not cover your case?
Open a ticket with the order number and, if it concerns a deposit, the transaction hash. Those two items are usually enough to settle it with no further exchange.
