Where are my receipt and operations export?
On each order’s detail page for the receipt, and in the history section for the full export.
An order receipt carries the timestamp, quantity disposed of, network used, deposit transaction hash, net amount received and the full fee breakdown. It is the document to keep for your accounts.
The global export lists every operation in a format an accountant or filing software can use. It does not contain your acquisition price, which we do not know, nor the value of your other holdings: those are needed to compute a gain and only you hold them in full.
We recommend exporting at least quarterly rather than annually.

This article does not cover your case?
Open a ticket with the order number and, if it concerns a deposit, the transaction hash. Those two items are usually enough to settle it with no further exchange.
