I sent on the wrong network

Recoverable in most cases between EVM chains, with manual work. Not always elsewhere.

An address starting with 0x is valid on Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism and Avalanche. A send made on one of those chains to an address meant for another succeeds: the funds exist, they are elsewhere.

Because the same private key controls the same address on all those chains, recovery is possible. It requires manual work on the chain concerned, has a cost taken from the recovered funds, and takes time.

Off EVM the answer depends on the case: a send to a network we do not operate cannot be recovered, since we cannot sign a transaction on that chain. Open a ticket with the hash and the origin address.

This article does not cover your case?

Open a ticket with the order number and, if it concerns a deposit, the transaction hash. Those two items are usually enough to settle it with no further exchange.
