Deposits
My deposit is not showing, what should I do?
First check the network and the confirmations reached on an explorer before reporting it.
Three causes cover nearly every case. The transaction is still waiting for confirmations: each network has its own threshold, from two blocks on Bitcoin to a hundred and twenty-eight on Polygon. It is stuck in the mempool for lack of fees. Or it was sent on a different network from the expected one.
Checking takes two minutes: open your transaction hash on the explorer for the network used, and compare the destination address with the one shown on your order.
If the address matches and confirmations have been reached for more than fifteen minutes, open a ticket with the hash. If the address does not match, the "wrong network" article describes what happens next.
Going further
This article does not cover your case?
Open a ticket with the order number and, if it concerns a deposit, the transaction hash. Those two items are usually enough to settle it with no further exchange.
