Can I change the destination account afterwards?

As long as the order has not reached the sending stage, the beneficiary can be changed from the order detail page. The new account goes through the same checks as the first, including name matching.

After sending, it depends on the rail. On an instant rail settlement is final: there is no cancellation mechanism, only a request for return that the recipient is free to refuse. On a batch rail a recall attempt is sometimes possible before clearing, with no guarantee.

That is why we validate format and name before sending rather than after: on these rails, prevention is the only protection there is.
