How long until I receive the money?
It depends on the rail you chose, not on us. The typical timing is shown before you confirm.

Can I have the payout sent to someone else’s account?
No. The destination account must be in the exact name of the verified person, with no exception.

My transfer was rejected, what happens now?
The funds come back, then a new destination account is requested. The net amount does not change.

Can I change the destination account afterwards?
Yes, as long as the transfer has not left. Once sent on an instant rail it is irrevocable.
