How long does verification take?

Automated verification — document reading, liveness check, comparison — resolves in minutes when the documents are usable. That is the majority case.

A manual review is added in case of a name discrepancy, an unusual document format, or when proof of source of funds is requested. In the latter case, timing depends mostly on how fast you find the documents.

Do this step before creating an order. During a review your locked rate keeps expiring on its own clock: the only real cost of late verification is a rate that moved.
