Do I need an account to get a price?
No. Quoting is open without signing up: pick the asset, country and payout method, and the net amount appears with its full breakdown. Identity verification only comes in when you create an order, because at that point it is a conversion into legal tender, subject to anti-money-laundering rules.
How do I choose between the available payout methods?
Three criteria, in this order: does the rail reach your account, how fast, and at what cost. Across 22 payout methods, most charge no rail fee at all — the difference is mostly delay and settlement currency. Receiving local currency on a domestic rail avoids a conversion done by your bank, whose rate you never see.
Why are some corridors not offered?
A corridor only opens when all three pieces are open: the asset is accepted on deposit, the rail is integrated and tested, and the country is served. If one is missing, the page exists and says which, rather than letting you find out after depositing. We also do not open enhanced-anonymity assets, which European regulation is set to delist.
Does the price change with the destination country?
The mid-market rate is the same for everyone. What changes is the fee of the rail you pick and the settlement currency. A free local rail in local currency almost always costs less than a fixed-fee international wire, even when the final currency is the same.
What happens if my deposit is late?
The rate is locked for a window that depends on the asset: shorter for a volatile asset, longer for a stablecoin. Past that, we re-quote and ask you to accept the new amount. No payment is ever executed at an amount you have not approved.
