如何选择发送哪种资产
如果您持有多种资产，两个标准就足以决定。
第一个标准：确认时间。根据链的不同，从几秒到大约二十分钟不等，并且完全加到通道延迟上。如果您的目标是在几分钟内收到付款，那么链确认需要十分钟的资产会使这变得不可能，无论通道如何。
第二个标准：价格稳定性。稳定币在等待期间不会波动：汇率锁定窗口更长，且不适用波动性附加费。波动性资产带有附加费，这是保证宣布金额的价格——一旦汇率锁定，市场变动由我们承担，而不是您。
如果您在多个网络上持有同一资产，第三个标准很重要：发送成本。从rollup或低费用链发送的成本只是拥堵主网上发送成本的一小部分。该成本从您的存款中以实物形式扣除，并在明细中作为单独一行显示。

关于资产的常见问题
On what criteria does an asset enter this catalogue?
Three conditions: exit liquidity deep enough to cover the amount you sell without moving the market, a network whose exit cost does not eat small amounts, and clear compliance. An asset failing any of the three is not offered, however much it is asked for.
Why does the minimum amount differ so much between assets?
Because it is expressed in units of the asset, and each chain’s exit cost differs. The minimum is set so the network cost stays a reasonable share of the amount: below it, you would mostly be paying to move funds, not to convert them.
Why is the rate lock window not the same everywhere?
The 3 stablecoins in the catalogue get a longer window, because their price barely moves while confirmations land. On a volatile asset the window is shorter: once the rate is locked, we carry the market move until the deposit arrives.
What happens if I send on the wrong network?
It depends on the network. Between two EVM-compatible chains, a manual recovery procedure succeeds in most cases. Between two unrelated chains, funds are generally lost, and no provider can change that. That is why the network is an explicit choice before the address is displayed, not a pre-ticked box.
How many networks are supported?
16 networks, for 18 assets. The same asset can exist on several of them: that is the stablecoin case, where the network mostly changes send cost and confirmation time, not what you receive.
Do you offer enhanced-anonymity assets?
No. European anti-money-laundering regulation requires crypto-asset service providers to stop handling those assets. We apply the rule ahead of time rather than open a service we would have to close, and we write it down rather than let it look like an oversight.
