Everything needed to write about us accurately: brand files, exact colours, descriptions you can quote as they are, and where to check what we claim.
Brand files
Three variants of the mark and a horizontal logotype, in SVG. Each file is generated from the same geometry as the logo at the top of this site: it cannot drift from it.
Mark, colour
Default use on a light background. Never place it on a photograph or a saturated fill.
fiatside-mark.svgMark, dark monochrome
Single-colour print, fax, stamps, administrative documents.
fiatside-mark-mono.svgMark, light monochrome
Dark backgrounds only. Keep clear space equal to half the mark height around it.
fiatside-mark-inverse.svgHorizontal logotype
Mark and name on one line. The text uses the system font stack: the outlined version will be published here as soon as the brand typeface is settled.
fiatside-wordmark.svgThe horizontal logotype uses the system font stack for its text: depending on the machine opening it, the word may render slightly differently. A fully outlined version will be published here as soon as the brand typeface is settled. We would rather say so than let you find the difference at print time.
Palette
The values below are the ones the site uses, in light and dark themes. They are not approximations: they are the same constants the stylesheet reads.
| Variable | Light | Dark | Usage |
|---|---|---|---|
--accent | #0c6454 | #33b898 | Brand colour. Primary actions, logo mark, active states. Never used for body copy. |
--accent-soft | #eafaf5 | #0c2b25 | Background for status pills and highlighted areas. |
--text | #14181f | #e9edf3 | Body copy and headings. |
--text-muted | #5b6472 | #9aa7b8 | Secondary text, descriptions, table captions. |
--bg | #fbfaf8 | #0b0f16 | Page background. Deliberately off-white, never pure white. |
--surface | #ffffff | #121a24 | Cards, tables, raised containers. |
--border | #e5e3dd | #1f2a37 | Separation. Elevation comes from borders, not shadows: payment institution register, not consumer app. |
--danger | #b42318 | #b42318 | Blocking errors only. Colour never carries information on its own: every state pairs a dot, an icon and a label. |
The brand green never carries information on its own: every state pairs a colour, a shape and a label, so it stays readable with colour blindness or in black and white print.
Usage rules
They fit in six lines. The last one matters most to us.
- Use the name “Fiatside” in running text, without all caps or styling.
- Scale the mark down to 16 px: below that the stroke becomes illegible, use the horizontal logotype instead.
- Keep clear space around the logo equal to half its height.
- Recolour the mark outside the three supplied variants, including to match a third-party palette.
- Stretch, skew, or add a drop shadow, outline or gradient.
- Pair the logo with a regulator badge, a security seal or a partner logo without written agreement: that pairing implies a status we have not published yet.
Ready-to-quote descriptions
Three lengths, written to be reused without rewriting. None contains a claim we could not prove.
Fiatside converts digital assets into legal tender and pays out on the beneficiary’s local payment rail.Fiatside is a digital-asset-to-legal-tender conversion service. The net amount and every fee — mid-market rate, network cost, margin, rail fee — are shown before you sign up, and the rate is locked as soon as the order is created. The payout leaves on the beneficiary country’s local rail: SEPA transfer, Faster Payments, PIX, SPEI, M-Pesa, NIP or an international wire.Fiatside is a digital-asset-to-legal-tender conversion service built around a single question: exactly how much do you receive, on which payment method, how fast, in your country. The fee breakdown is complete and shown before sign-up: mid-market rate, blockchain network cost taken in kind, our margin expressed in basis points, payment rail fee. The lines sum to exactly the gap between gross and net, checked on every quote. The service delivers on the rail the beneficiary’s country actually uses rather than an international wire alone, publishes the exact reason for every rail and every country it does not serve, and displays no figure it cannot compute from its own data. The French version of these three texts is available on the French version of this page. If you write in another language, write to us: we would rather proofread a translation than discover an approximation.
The only figures we publish
They are counted from the site catalogues, so true by construction and checkable page by page. They move: quote them with the date you read them.
- 18
- Tradable assets
- 22
- Payout methods open or in beta
- 51
- Countries covered by a bookable rail
What we will not give you
No processed volume, customer count, fundraising, market share or average rating. Not out of discretion: because those numbers do not yet exist in auditable form, and a figure given to the press without a method becomes a permanent quotation. The day they exist, they will be published with how they are computed.
Entity and spokesperson
Legal entity
pending publication
Registration details are published as soon as they are final. See the About page
Spokesperson
No spokesperson is publicly named to date. For an interview or an attributed quote, write to the press address: we will answer with a real name and role, or decline. We do not supply quotes attributed to a generic title.
Press coverage
No coverage to cite
This section is empty, and that is the only honest thing to put in it. We have no published article or press release to date. It will fill with checkable, dated, attributed links — or it will stay empty.
Checking what we claim
If you are writing about us, these pages exist to be held against our statements. Tell us about any discrepancy: it is a defect on our side, not a nuance.
- About — what we can assert about the company, and what is still pending.
- Service status — the components tracked, and why no availability rate is displayed there.
- Changelog — what changed, from the real first publication date.
- Fee schedule — the full fee breakdown, computed rather than written.
